SHIPPING

Local Delivery​（Hong Kong）

  • FREE SF Express Courier Services to H.K. Industrial & Commercial Address or SF Express Pick Up Points is available. Pls note that additional cost (approximately HK$30 or above) could be charged for remote areas and residential address. Free courier services do not include the additional charges (~HK$30) for remote areas and residential address.

  •  Actual amount will be subject to the total weight and location. 

  • In-stock item will be sent out within 3 working days upon order confirmation & payment finished.

  • Delivery lead time would usually take 5-10 working days (to SF stations and commercial areas). Delivery to residential areas might take longer. 

  • For pre-ordered items, it will be dispatched around 14 working days.

  • All orders are delivered during during Monday to Friday. No delivery service is available on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. 
     

International Delivery​​​

  • China: FREE Courier Services is available for purchase of HK$1000 or above. ​

  • FREE international shipping upon purchase HK$2000. Surface Parcel will be delivered via designated courier.​ Air parcel fee is the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Taxes will be paid by recipients' local courier, recepient will receive notice from couriers about payment of taxes to release the shipment. You can also select air parcel express delivery. Please contact us for details of charge.

RETURN POLICY

  • Pearl is a natural made and no perfect. We do not accept the reason of pearl quality / color / size etc.

  • Please contact us within 5 days from receiving your order for refund / exchange.

  • Discounted Items are not returnable and refundable. 

  • Before mailing the items, please contact us the reason for returning with the order number.
    We accept all refund under our confirmation of return.

  • All return items should be in new/original condition.

  • The returned shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
